oh god gravity falls is cute
Some of my designs from Gravity Falls : “Headhunters”. This episode was challenging in designing a hoard of Wax look-a-like figures that had to feel like they were made of wax while still fitting into the world. At this point we hadn’t really nailed down our design rules for the show and even still are trying to get a grasp on it, so these guys were a rough slog. The top line up of wax figures is a mixture of Phil Rynda and my combined efforts. We actually got Coolio and Larry King to voice themselves. They were good sports.

Here’s the intro for Gravity Falls. It was truly a labor of love for Ian Worrel and I. It’s been a while being able to ping pong work with Ian. It felt like making a short film again. I truly had was a blast.
